People Skills — Daily Lessons ("the App") is developed by Ascendix Conquerix. This Privacy Policy explains what data the App handles and how it is used.
The App does not require an account and never asks for your name, email, phone number, or precise location. However, the App integrates the following third-party services, which may automatically collect certain data:
Your reading progress, favorite lessons, quiz scores, streaks, and language preference are stored locally on your device using Android SharedPreferences. This data is never uploaded by us and is removed when you uninstall the App or clear its data in Android Settings.
The App does not access your location, camera, microphone, contacts, or files.
Ads are served by Google AdMob. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the App asks for your consent (via a Google-certified consent form) before any personalized advertising data is used. If you decline, the App does not request personalized ads.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time: open the App and go to Settings → Privacy options. You can also reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization, in Android Settings → Google → Ads.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to data portability. Because the App has no accounts and stores your learning data only on your device, you can delete everything yourself by clearing the App's data or uninstalling it. For data held by our advertising and analytics providers, contact us at sarahhhaa0102@gmail.com and we will forward your request; you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
The App is intended for users aged 16 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
We do not sell your data. Data collected by Google services listed above is processed under Google's own privacy policies and retention periods. We have no access to any data that identifies you personally.
If this policy changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and post the new version at this URL.

People Skills — Daily Lessons ("Ứng dụng") do Ascendix Conquerix phát triển. Chính sách này giải thích Ứng dụng xử lý dữ liệu như thế nào.
Ứng dụng không yêu cầu tài khoản và không bao giờ hỏi tên, email, số điện thoại hay vị trí chính xác của bạn. Tuy nhiên, Ứng dụng tích hợp các dịch vụ bên thứ ba sau, có thể tự động thu thập một số dữ liệu:
Tiến độ học, bài yêu thích, điểm quiz, chuỗi streak và ngôn ngữ ưa thích được lưu trên thiết bị của bạn bằng SharedPreferences. Chúng tôi không upload dữ liệu này; nó sẽ bị xoá khi bạn gỡ Ứng dụng hoặc xoá data trong Cài đặt.
Ứng dụng không truy cập vị trí, camera, micro, danh bạ hay tệp của bạn.
Quảng cáo do Google AdMob cung cấp. Nếu bạn ở Khu vực kinh tế Châu Âu, Vương quốc Anh hoặc Thuỵ Sĩ, Ứng dụng sẽ hỏi sự đồng ý của bạn (qua biểu mẫu được Google chứng nhận) trước khi sử dụng dữ liệu cho quảng cáo cá nhân hoá. Nếu bạn từ chối, Ứng dụng sẽ không yêu cầu quảng cáo cá nhân hoá.
Bạn có thể thay đổi hoặc rút lại lựa chọn bất cứ lúc nào: mở Ứng dụng và vào Cài đặt → Tuỳ chọn quyền riêng tư. Bạn cũng có thể đặt lại/xoá Advertising ID hoặc tắt cá nhân hoá quảng cáo trong Cài đặt Android → Google → Quảng cáo.
Theo GDPR, bạn có quyền truy cập, chỉnh sửa, xoá hoặc hạn chế việc xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân của mình, quyền phản đối việc xử lý dựa trên lợi ích hợp pháp, và quyền chuyển dữ liệu. Vì Ứng dụng không có tài khoản và chỉ lưu dữ liệu học trên thiết bị, bạn có thể tự xoá toàn bộ bằng cách xoá dữ liệu Ứng dụng hoặc gỡ cài đặt. Với dữ liệu do các bên quảng cáo/phân tích nắm giữ, hãy liên hệ sarahhhaa0102@gmail.com để chúng tôi chuyển yêu cầu của bạn; bạn cũng có quyền khiếu nại lên cơ quan bảo vệ dữ liệu tại địa phương.
Ứng dụng dành cho người dùng từ 16 tuổi trở lên. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu cá nhân của người dưới 16 tuổi.
Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu của bạn. Dữ liệu do các dịch vụ Google nêu trên thu thập được xử lý theo chính sách quyền riêng tư của Google. Chúng tôi không truy cập được bất kỳ dữ liệu nào định danh cá nhân bạn.
